Human Resources are considered to be the most valuable asset possessed by the Company. Being in a labour intensive industry, our people have played a pivotal role in the Company’s successful journey. Our current employee strength exceeds 2,500. While Recruiting skilled & experienced labour such as ex service personnel, we also recruit freshers and provide them with necessary training to convert them to skilled employees.
The Company has all the required infrastructure and other resources in place such as in house Training Centre with qualified trainers to conduct training programmes. Recognizing the importance of Human Resource the Company always ensures that its staff are compensated above the statutory minimums. Further the Company provides other facilities such as hostels and several other welfare activities through its welfare society. We also recognize the importance of team building activities and organize regular events such as Annual Cricket Encounters, Annual Get togethers, Sports Festivals etc.
